The Bluebird ‘Rest Nest’
Relax your employees with our most popular wellness package!
Perfect for welcoming your virtual employees back to the office or for providing much-needed relief to your hard-working team, the ‘Rest Nest’ is the ultimate stress-reducing experience and includes stations employees flow through. This package includes:
A welcome station complete with warm towels, lemon, herb, and cucumber-infused water, soft spa music, and a “nest” to hold phones and devices upon entering
Chair massage to address areas of tension in the neck, shoulders, and back
Acupuncture points to reduce stress and calm the nervous system
Restorative yoga (where the body is supported with pillows, bolsters, and blankets) to rest in while your acupuncture points do their work
A final restorative yoga station with a guided meditation

Yoga and Meditation Package

Offered both virtually and in-person, our yoga and meditation package includes one one-hour yoga session and one 30-minute meditation session each week. The sessions complement each other thematically and offer the time and the space to declutter the mind, care for the body, and nourish the spirit. An ideal package if you are looking to support the mental, emotional, and physical health and well-being of your team.
