In this 5 week introduction to Tai Chi we will learn the basic principles of Tai chi using the Four Pillars of health.  The Four Pillars of health include breathing exercises, gentle movement, meditation and self massage. Also we will discuss the 5 Element Theory of Chinese medicine for the season of winter. People of all ages and capabilities can benefit from this practice of Tai chi.
