12/20- Winter Solstice Sound Bath
-
Saturday, Dec. 20, 6:00- 7:00 pm
-
Enjoy the sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, drums and a gong during our relaxing Sound Bath.
With these inviting sounds and healing vibrations the body drops out of stress response into a deep relaxation where mind, emotions and energy naturally harmonize to restore feelings of well being. The frequency of the sounds continues to resonate energetically through the body creating shifts in consciousness even after the sound experience has ended. It is during the quiet spaces that the magic of sound happens.
