10/02: Intro to Salsa- Learn the Rhythm, Find Your Flow
with Shannon Ward
-
Friday, October 2nd, 6:30-8:00 pm
-
Intro to Salsa is a fun, welcoming, beginner-friendly workshop that introduces the foundations of salsa through rhythm, timing, and basic steps. These fundamentals provide a foundation for building confidence, developing connection, and exploring more advanced concepts throughout your salsa journey.
Rooted in the history and cultural context of salsa, this workshop invites you to explore dance as more than movement. Together, we’ll consider how concepts like communication, consent, connection, community, and care show up both on the dance floor and in our everyday lives.
No partner or previous dance experience is needed. Dance is for all bodies, and everyone is welcome.

What if menopause wasn't something to endure...but an initiation into your deepest wisdom?
For generations, women have been taught to see menopause as a time of loss. Yet many ancient traditions recognized it as a sacred threshold—a powerful transition into a new season of life marked by greater intuition, authenticity, purpose, and inner strength.
Awakening the Wise Woman is a six-week transformational journey for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause who are ready to embrace this life stage with intention and support.
Drawing on the wisdom of Chinese Five Element Theory, shamanic journeying, ritual, ceremony, and the healing power of women's circles, each week we'll explore one of the Five Elements—Water, Wood, Fire, Earth, and Metal—as a guide for understanding the physical, emotional, and spiritual changes of menopause.
Together we will:
- Reframe menopause as a sacred awakening rather than a decline.
- Explore the wisdom of the Five Elements and their connection to this life transition.
- Release old identities, beliefs, and patterns that no longer serve.
- Reconnect with your intuition, vitality, and authentic voice.
- Experience guided journeys, ritual, ceremony, journaling, and embodied practices.
- Be deeply witnessed and supported in a circle of women walking this path together. This is more than a class—it's a rite of passage.
If you've been longing for a space where your changing body is honored, your story is heard, and your inner Wise Woman is welcomed forward, this journey is for you.

10/16: Healing Together: A Peer-Led Support Group for Survivors of Narcissistic & Emotional Abuse
with Nancy Fallon & Rosie Robb
-
First Gathering: October 16th, 7:00-8:00 PM
MONTHLY FRIDAYS | 7:00–8:00 PM
-
Hi, I'm Nancy Fallon. And I'm Rosie Robb. We're both survivors of narcissistic abuse.
Like so many others, we spent years questioning ourselves, wondering what was wrong with us. Through healing, we've learned an important truth: nothing is wrong with us. We experienced abuse.
Now we're creating the kind of space we both needed—a place where survivors can come together to be seen, heard, understood, and supported by others who truly get it.
This isn't therapy. It's community; a place to share your story (only if you're ready), listen without judgment, build meaningful friendships, and remind one another that healing is possible.
Whether you're just beginning your journey or have been healing for years, you're welcome here. You don't have to do this alone.
