  • At Bluebird Yoga and Wellness, we believe that yoga is for everyone. Translated, the word Yoga means “yoke” or union—the bringing together of the mind, body, and spirit. If you can breathe, you can do yoga! Our yoga sessions include movement, pranayama (breathwork), and meditation and are designed to be accessible to everyone on your team.

Massage

  • Research consistently shows that massage reduces stress, lowers inflammation, and promotes better sleep and immune function. Our signature chair massage targets areas in the body where tension is most commonly held—the neck, shoulders, and back. Sessions are customized to meet the needs of individuals on your team. Meditation

  • The benefits of a regular meditation practice are truly incredible. With a regular practice, the body reduces its production of stress hormones such as cortisol and the brain creates new neural pathways that allow for space between stimulus and response. In a moment of conflict or panic, for example, a person is better able to respond calmly, intentionally, and mindfully if they are meditating on a routine basis. Whether you are looking to offer your team an introduction to mindfulness meditation course, weekly meditation sessions, or meditations to begin an important meeting, conference, or other project, Bluebird has a solution for you!

Acupuncture

  • One of the oldest healing modalities, acupuncture works within the Traditional Chinese Medicine system and is used to treat a variety of conditions. In the corporate setting, acupuncture can be used to calm the central nervous system and reduce stress and anxiety. Our acupuncturists have years of experience and are passionate about sharing the benefits of this ancient science.
